Bought a house and land from this company almost a year ago. Alex and Amber were awesome throughout the entire purchasing and setup process. We had alot of problems with the electric company getting there poles and transformers set up but Alex and amber did a great job helping us with the process. After we moved in the the new home Tiffany has been super helpful. Any issue we have had come up Tiffany has been on top of making sure the issue was fixed fast and correctly. Everything from the AC malfunctioning to issue the builders missed Tiffany has gone above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. My family can't thank her enough.

This review is in regards to Tiffany Carpenter, she has been a godsend since we moved into our new home in Poolville. If I ever have any questions or anything that I need, I know that all I have to do to call her and it gets taken care of or if she doesn’t know she finds out very quickly. Atlas Home center is not a place you want to do business with. Things were not done well, bad craftsmanship, and no desire to take accountability for how people and customers are treated.

I wanted to leave and review on Tiffany Carpenter! She is such a wonderful woman! After the damage I received on my home during a tornado that hit my area. I contacted the company and began trying to inquire about some materials I needed for my home. I am new to then home buyers market with so many questions that tend to repeat its self as I continue to ask. She has been the best support I could have asked for! We had a great experience working with Tiffany at Top Notch Homes, now Atlas. We actually purchased our home through our realtor and not directly through the sales center, but Tiffany still helped us every step of the way and has continued to do so long after the sale.

She has always been professional, knowledgeable, and quick to answer any questions we’ve had thoroughly. Over the last year, whether it was warranty service issues or questions about our well and septic system, Tiffany consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track and that we felt supported throughout the process.

She has been the go to gal from beginning to end always is on top of any issues that we have had getting everything done in our set up of our new home after our salesman Graham helped us pick out our home he was great as well we could not decide on which home and he was so patient, I would highly recommend him to be your salesman. These two at Top Notch would definitely be my go to folks they have been so patient, helpful and always with a smile.

This is our first home buying experience. We have had the pleasure of working with Graham. Graham has been truly incredible during this process. He has answered every phone call and text, or called back quickly if not available. Even after his side of things were technically completed he has been available for any questions. After the move in we had some things that we noticed in and around the home such as a spot in the floor, and low water pressure. Tiffany is our contact with these issues and let me tell you she is incredible at getting these things taken care of. She always answers, and if she can't sends a text letting me know she'll call me right back. She is super nice and understanding about the need to get these things done. The water pressure issue had to be done by different people as they had to eliminate possibilities of why the pressure was low. Tiffany made sure that after each company was done and I told her it was still low she had the next people on the way until the issue was resolved. Tiffany, Graham, and the team at Top Notch. Have be amazing people to work with, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a home.

From when we bought our home and moved into it in September, Tiffany has done nothing but helped in every way possible. Anytime we needed something, had a question or anything she always did what she could to help and answer any questions we had.

We’ve lived in our home for about 9 months so many of the team members we dealt with during the beginning of our buying experience aren’t at Top Notch anymore. Some of those that we dealt with early on made the process frustrating and put a bad taste in our mouth towards Top Notch. However, we’ve had an incredible experience since we’ve been in our home.
Recently, Tiffany and her team saved us from the heat by being quick to respond to an issue with our AC unit. Tiffany was out on vacation and still helped us out by making sure the right folks were contacted. Additionally, Lauren was great to deal with during the ordeal as she coordinated the repair. The most impressive thing was that both Tiffany and Lauren followed up after the fact to ensure we were taken care of. These two are shining stars for Top Notch!

In less than 2 months I had my home and also speak English which made it easier for our communication since my hubby doesn't speak Spanish. Thanks to Jibran. Still a 1yr after having my home I still have their assistance which is very important especially being a first time home owner.. very pleased with the decision with top notch love my home it's more than I had ever dreamed of.. highly recommended
